Doutzen Kroes starts every morning with three shakes designed to keep her body and skin in a tip-top condition. She starts with a glass of freshly pressed lemon, grapefruit and orange. Her second cocktail is a mix of green powder, wheatgrass, chia seeds and water. According to her, it is disgusting and you need to swallow it at once. Finally, for the third shake, she blends bananas, chia seeds, cacao beans and camu and maca oils.

Our take: Wow, this breakfast routine is an explosive of nutrients for a beautiful skin – healthy fats, vitamins, anti-oxidants, proteins and omega-3s. I bet it also keeps you full for a very long time! With the best dieticians working for them, models are in the best position to get the most balanced and superpowered food regimes of all and I see no reason to not copy!
